Truly, I have Dave Campiti to thank for suggesting Hi-Fi Color for Comics. From the resizing of the Line-Art to completing the Special Effects there’s not a thing overlooked in the 1st book. The technique of dark to light rendering in screen mode was what my coloring was missing, and things really started looking more polished and professional after applying things gleened from …Color for Comics. Master Digital Color is like a blast of nitrous oxide into our collective combustion engines, blasting us toward our goals of coloring comics professionally!

Well, chapter 2 in the first book ended up being worth way more than the cost of the two books together (since that’s where I learned how to do flatting properly, which I now get paid to do.)
It was an easy choice to buy this when it came out. If you are interested in coloring, it’s well worth the modest price.
